Riley at 7 months

Riley turned 7 months old on Sunday. She is such an amazing baby girl. She is happy almost all of the time. She laughs, giggles, coos, all day long. She is crawling backwards, rocking back and forth on her knees, and loves to sit up and play with toys. She says Dada, and a few other baby sounds. I love this age. She is so much fun. There is a new Mother's Day blog too!

Mother's Day

We had a really great Mother's Day. My parents were down and we went to church, opened gifts, and had a nice lunch. We are had naps then went over to Lady's and Aunt Jennifer's for playing and a nice dinner. I am so blessed to be the mommy of these 2 beautiful girls!!

Mayfest

Reese had her Mayfest Olymic ceremony at Gymnastics. It was so cute and all the kids got a medal. Reese loved it and it was so cute to watch. Reese loves gymnastics and is really good. They moved her up to the next class early and she is hanging with the big kids. She is always listening and tries everything. Her teachers call her Rockstar Reese! I will catch up on Mother's Day and Riley 7 month birthday tomorrow!

A litte update and pictures!

Playing Catch-up a little... We have a great Sunday together. We went to church, played outside, rode our bikes to the park, and had a great lazy day(which doesn't happen often)The first set of pictures are from our bike ride and after church. The bottom pictures are from dinner one night and when Reese sang at church last week. The girls are getting the be so close to each other. Reese loves her sister and it a little mommy and Riley thinks Reese hung the moon. I have to brag on myself a little... I got a job at Oakland Elementary(our neighborhood school that is 2 minutes away). I have been driving 45 minutes everyday for 4 years which as a teacher is crazy. I am so excited to work where the girls will go to school and to be close to their friends. I can see Reese and I now in our matching school t-shirts in 2 short years!! Reese sang at Church on Sunday. She knew it word for word with all the motions, but got stage fright. She gets into it at the end. I love that she loves her Sunday School class so much!
