Jackson and Ava's birthday!

We went to Jackson and Ava's 2nd birthday a couple of weeks ago. I know I'm behind on blogging but I have been so busy going back to work and being 7 months pregnant is pretty tough with the start of school. Reese had a blast at the party! She got to go in a petting zoo, ride her first pony, swim, and eat lots of goodies. Here are some pictures from the party!

Galveston with Pop Pop and G-Me

We took our annual trip to Galveston with Pop Pop and G-me. Chris stayed until Tuesday and Reese and I stayed until Friday! We had a great time relaxing, swimming, going out to eat, and spending time together. Reese had a great time and loved playing at the pool. She got really brave in the water. She wanted to love the beach, but wasn't sure of the sand. Thanks G-Me and Pop Pop for taking us to the beach again. We had a great time!!!

My Chatter Box/ Baby Update

Right before Reese's birthday she started talking complete sentences and having conversations with us. Here are a few of my favorites:
*Mommy: Reese come downstairs and have snack please.
Reese: I can't, Just a second mommy, I'm playing dollhouse!
Not sure when my 2 year starting talking back.
*Reese: Go get the camera and take my picture! (She used to being mommy's model)
*mommy: Who should be pray for?
Reese: mommy, daddy, dora, swiper
Our prayers are priceless every night and last forever!
*We have been talking to Reese alot about baby sister. Her baby sister is in her tummy, my tummy, daddy's tummy.When Reese's tummy starts to hurt she yells, "My baby sister's hurting."
*Reese: It's nice to meet you. (as she shakes your hand). I think Miss Lannie taught her that.
She is Miss Personality these days are makes me laugh everyday!
Pregnancy Update: I am 27 weeks and everything is going great! We have alot done in baby room. It is cleaned out, painted, and furniture is in. I pulled out all of Reese's 0-3 month and 3-6 months clothes, and blankets. I am washing them and getting them ready. Now we just have to decorate. Our baby girl is kicking like crazy and is very active. Mostly when mommy is resting. Daddy can feel and see her now too! It is so amazing feeling her in my tummy!!

The Last Couple of weeks

This summer has been very busy and I and enjoying the time I have with Reese. We have been busy during the week with swim lessons and playing together. I am also working on cleaning closets and making room for baby sister. We have had busy weekends full of parties, family, friends, and shopping and preparing for baby sister. The summer is going by way too fast. Reese is so much fun and full of energy!

Swim Lessons: Reese just finished a 2 week session at swim lessons. She had a great time and became very comfortable with the water. She learned to blow bubbles, walk on the side with her hands, kick, move her arms, and climb in and out of the pool. She is not a big fan of going under the water or getting her face wet. She will do it, but doesn't like it!
