Reese loves to swing in her new swing! I know it's not too excited, but I think it's precious. She has so much fun in it!

Reese loves the country

We went to Gatesville to visit my family last weekend. Reese loved the country life. She wanted to stay outside all weekend and look at and pet the goats. Reese got to see most of her aunts and cousins. Sorry I am late posting, but it has been a crazy week at work! Oh well, it was worth it because my Spring Break has began. I am so excited to spend a week with my baby girl!!

First BooBoo

Well, Reese has her first booboo! She fell at school and bumped her head. If you look closely their is a bruise on the left side of her forehard. Reese is pulling up to standing and letting go. She is fearless!!



She loves to stick out her tongue and will copy me when I stick out mine.

Cowgirl!

We might live in the city, but Reese is a cowgirl at heart. I know that will make you proud G-Pop and G-Ma. This is her new favorite thing to do. We think she looks like a cowgirl. It's too cute!

Reese is doing great! She just got over a tummy bug, but is back to herself again. She is all over the place. She is not much of a cuddle bug, which makes me sad. She plays until she crashes and wakes up ready to go. She is crawling all over the place and pulling up on everything. She is a busy little bee. This stage is so much fun!!!





If you look closely you can see 2 teeth on the bottom. Reese also has 2 on the top coming in, poor baby. I didn't think she was ever going to get teeth, but they all decided to come in at once. She has been pretty happy, but you can tell they bother her!

8 months!!

Reese turned 8 months yesterday. It seems like just yesterday we brought her home, but I can't imagine my life before her. She makes my life feel so complete. She is doing so many new things. She is such a happy baby and loves to play. But she hates going to sleep. Poor thing will fight it until she drops. She doesn't nap much at all during the day, but sleeps all night. She is just growing way to fast for mommy. Thanks for the best 8 months of my life, Reesie!!!

Reese reading her book! Being a teacher I know how important it is to start them young. I read everyday to Reese in my tummy and have read to her everyday since she has been in this world. She already flips the pages herself and screams as if she is reading it. Books are her favorite toy. She loves Brown Bear and farm books.I am so proud of her!

Valentine's Weekend!!

We had a great Valentine's Day weekend. My mom came into town so Chris and I got to go on a date Saturday night. We watched Valentine's Day and went out to dinner. Mom and I got to take Reese to the park yesterday on the beautiful day. It was so nice to finally get out of the house. Saturday we took Reese to the mall. I have to get out of the house once a day with my busy little bee or she gets bored. We stayed around the house the rest of the weekend.It was a nice and relaxing weekend!!!
