We went to Gatesville last weekend to check on G-Ma since she had her back surgery. She is doing so much better and Reese had a blast. We got to visit my aunts and play outside all weekend and enjoy the beautiful weather!

What Reesie is doing?

What Reese is up to these days? Wow, so much! She is our little helper. She picks up her toys, puts things in the trashcan, puts her shoes away, and loves to help. I am enjoying it while I can, because I know it won't last forever. She knows almost all her shapes, knows tons of songs and motions, can sing most of the ABC song, and has lots of 2 to 3 word sentences she can say. Her favorite sentences are I don't know, Wanna read?, Wanna color?,that's cute, and I do it. She can do a front flip, hang from the monkey bars, and loves to jump and march. She wants to do everything herself and gets pretty upset when I try to help. She is so silly and loves to do things to make us laugh!She also has already starting throwing some pretty good fits. She is only 18 months, so it's a little scary to think what the terrible 2's are like. She also has such a big heart and loves to give kisses. It is so amazing to watch her become her own little person who I love with all my heart!!

Gymnastics/G-Pop and G-Mas birthday!

We enrolled Reese in a gymnastics class at the Little Gym. She had a blast at her first class. She is very shy, but at gymnastics she was all over the place jumping, clapping, and exploring! Here are some pictures from her first class.












My parents came down this weekend and we celebrated their birthday's early before my mom's surgery. We had a great time!!

Sick Reesie!

Poor Reese is just getting over another virus. Tuesday Chris wasn't feeling well and he went to the doctor on Wednesday. He had fever and got medicine. On Thursday morning at 4, Reese woke up with 104 fever. I took off Thursday and took her to the doctor. She said is was just a bad cold and gave us some antibotics and cold medicine. Her fever wouldn't break 103 on Thursday. She cried for 2 hours straight. Chris stayed home with her Friday and she was feeling a little better, but her temperature still didn't break 100. She is much better today, but still had low-grade fever when the meds start to wear off. She was playing alot today though. She still doesn't have an appetite back, but is drinking her fluids again. It has been a very heartbreaking and tiring 3 days. I just hate it when she's sick and even mommy can't make it better!
