And the name is......

Our baby girl finally has a name. Her name is Reese Elizabeth Uschold. We are so excited we have it finalized. We think it is a very cute, classy name and we love it so much. She already has her blankie with her name on it that her G-Ma bought her. We are waiting for the crib to come in. We got it, but it had a scratch so we sent it back for another one. I am ready to get her room finished. I walk in there everyday. I am doing great! Baby Reese is doing backflips in my tummy and I love feeling her move! She is a very busy little bee. I go for my glucose testing tomorrow and my shot next week at 28 weeks. Here is a picture of part of her bedding!

Princess Pink Room and party

We painted our baby girl's room last weekend. Chris and my dad worked really hard on it and we love it so much. They even did the white chair rail by themselves. I wanted her to have a girly princess room. I go in the room everyday to look at it. We have the furniture ordered and the crib has come in already. I hope to get it set up soon.I am exactly 25 weeks now. The baby has been kicking like crazy. I never understood why it was a big deal until now. It is the most amazing feeling in the world and I love to feel her kick!! I go to the doctor on Thursday for another ultrasound.

We went to our friend Mandy's birthday/ St.Patty's crawfish boil yesterday. We had so much visiting with friends!! Here are a couple of pictures!!

Another Doctor Update

Our doctor's visits keep getting better everytime. I am 22 weeks and 2 days now and the baby is doing great. The heartbeat is strong and the doctor heard her kicking like crazy. The doctor has taken me off of bedrest and is very pleased with the progress. The doctor says that we are in the clear and almost back to a normal pregnancy. I feel so relieved!! I feel her kick almost everyday. It is usually after a meal or when I am laying down resting. We have picked out all of the furniture and have decided on the bedding. I am ready to get to work on the room. G-ma (my mom) came to visit with 10 new outfits for her that are just precious. She is spoiled already! Now we just need to finalize a name for our baby girl!!

Valentine's Day Present

I got the best present for Valentine's Day...I finally felt the baby kick!! Chis and I went to a nice dinner at Bennihana's last night, per pregnant mommy's request, Yummy and then went home to be lazy. I was laying on the couch and then I felt tiny bubbles in my tummy. It was great! I am pretty sure I have felt them before, but this time they were much harder. I guess she loved Bennihana's too! It was amazing!I am 21 weeks and growing everyday. I will post a belly pic soon!!

It's a ...GIRL!!!

We are having a healthy baby girl!! Everything looked great! The placenta has repaired itself and the doctor could not even tell there was ever a problem. I feel so relieved and am so happy our prayers were answered. I burst out in tears when I heard the good news. She is 1 pound right now and is right on track. She was a very stubborn little girl. The ultrasound took an hour because she did not want to open her legs, but she finally did. Mom said she was paying me back! We are very excited about a baby girl. I had a feeling all along and I was right. Chris says his baby girl already has him wrapped around her little finger and is so protective of her. It is so sweet. We are ready to pick out a name and work on the room.

See why I am a girl!
